Property investor and developer Helios Properties plc, run by Trevor Cartner, has secured another letting at Zagreb Logistics Park, Croatia, after Australian retailer Harvey Norman agreed terms for its first site in the Balkans region. Harvey Norman has taken a 3,000 sqm warehouse unit on a 10 year year lease and will pay Euros 200,000 p.a. rent.
The move comes after the third phase of the 102,330 sqm logistics scheme was completed earlier this year for Slovenian retailer Mercator who took 30,000 m2. Other tenants on the highly successful park include Spar and specialist logistics operator Kuehne and Nagel.
This letting is a further endorsement of our investment in Zagreb Logistics Park. The quality of the park, its location and layout has proved popular with tenants and helped us to defy the current economic circumstances in the European real estate market.
