Durham Student Village.

Helios developed a 390 bed student accommodation scheme in Durham with Peveril Securities and Sladen Estates. The project involved a sympathetic refurbishment of the former County Hospital and the construction of a new multi-story terrace on one of the City’s most important and prominent sites. On completion, the scheme was sold to Unite who own and operate it.
