Helios Real Estate is involved in property development and investment in the UK and Europe. We have offices in Durham City and Vienna and are active across most property sectors including offices, hotels, student housing, residential and logistics.

Recently completed schemes include a 400 unit student housing development in Durham City and a two million square feet Amazon logistics warehouse at Wynyard Park.

In Europe we are currently onsite in Vienna with AyKa Solution GmbH building a 78,000m2 Logistics Park on a 22 hectare site at Vienna Airport. Further logistics schemes are planned in Europe.

In addition to our development activities we own a large land bank for ongoing residential development. In total we have around 2,100 acres of land in three joint ventures which will accommodate around 25,000 new homes. One such example is the flagship Wynyard Park scheme in the North East www.wynyardpark.com.

In the UK we are onsite with Marrico Asset Management with two developments in Leeds, the first for a major mixed use scheme of student accomodation, apartments, a hotel and offices and the second for a 305 bed Hyatt hotel.
