Planning granted for a further 1,200 homes at Wynyard Park

Wynyard Park has successfully secured outline planning permission for a further 1,200 houses at its flagship development on Teesside. The new homes will be developed in a series of phases at the Garden Village and will comprise a mix of self builds and houses to be delivered by our house builder partners.
