Hyatt Hotel topping out ceremony

The Helios team attended the topping out celebration on-site their Hyatt Hotel development in Leeds city centre, marking the countdown to final completion in June 2024. The 12-storey, 305 bed hotel is a joint venture between Helios and Marrico and is being constructed by GMI who began onsite in May 2022. Well done to all involved in getting us to this important milestone.
