Work is well underway on-site at our Sovereign Square scheme in Leeds City Centre which will be home to a 305-bed Hyatt hotel. The below photo was taken from the site office, providing an excellent view of the current groundworks. Piling work is now complete and progressive testing is currently underway, with the scheme set to be completed by summer 2024.
