Work underway on first roadside scheme

Work has started on the first roadside scheme in Helios JV with Artium Commercial. The development includes a Starbucks drive through with a series if retail units and an EV Charging Station. Apart from Starbucks leases have been agreed with Domino’s and E On with a number of other tenants in negotiations. The scheme at Brough near Hull is the first in a series planned for the next two years
