Progress on Lisbon Street Hotel development

We are coming out of the ground with our 200 bed Hotel development at Lisbon Street in Leeds. Caddick Construction are targeting a completion in May 2027 for the building which has a target of BREEAM excellent meaning it achieves the highest marks for sustainability under a scoring matrix used by the Building Research Establishment. 

The hotel is the second of four phases of the Lisbon Street scheme which is being built on land previously occupied by the International Swimming Pool. It is to be operated by Room2 and is being built for the Borders to Coast Pensions Partnership which is one of the UK’s biggest pension pools.
