Planning application submitted for 160 BTR homes at Wynyard Park

Helios have submitted a planning application to Stockton Council for the development of 160 build to rent homes including 32 apartments at Wynyard Park.

The scheme has been carefully designed to fit in with the surrounding local context and will provide affordable homes in line with the principles of Garden Village, which was awarded to Wynyard Park in January 2020.
