Helios chosen in JV by Leeds City Council

Helios has been selected in a joint venture with Marrico Asset Management and CA Ventures by Leeds City Council for a new £250m city centre redevelopment scheme comprising 350 apartments, 505 student rooms, 180,000 square feet of offices and a 290 bed hotel. The site is the former International Pool and the new scheme will be called Lisbon Square. A planning application is being worked up now with a start on site programmed for mid 2021.
