Helios along with its partners and Northumberland Estates has submitted its biggest ever planning application. The development is a single building of two million square feet at Wynyard Park which will be used as a logistics centre. It will provide a huge stimulus to the local economy in terms of jobs and investment. The application will be heard in early 2021 and if successful work will start on site immediately.
