Discovery Park, Kent is the transformation of Pfizer’s former Research establishment into a global hub for science and technology where over 2,400 jobs have been created at 125 companies. Acquired from pharmaceutical giant Pfizer in a joint venture with Palmer Capital and Chris Musgrave the site was comprehensively redeveloped and has now been sold to a family office.
