Helios Real Estate is involved in property development and investment in the UK and Europe. We have offices in Durham City and Vienna and are active across most property sectors including offices, hotels, student housing, residential and logistics.

Recently completed schemes include a 305 bed Hyatt Hotel in Leeds, a two million square feet Amazon logistics warehouse at Wynyard Park and a 400 unit student housing development in Durham City.

In Europe have recently completed a 78,000m2 Logistics Park on a 22 hectare site at Vienna Airport with AyKa Solution GmbH. Further logistics schemes are planned in Europe.

In the UK we are onsite with Marrico Asset Management in Leeds developing a major mixed use scheme of student accommodation, apartments, a hotel and offices.

In addition to our development activities we own a large land bank for ongoing residential development. In total we have around 2,100 acres of land in three joint ventures which will accommodate around 25,000 new homes.
