Helios and with JV partners Marrico developed the last remaining plot at Sovereign Square, with a for a new 305 bed Hyatt Hotel. Of these, 217 are Hyatt Place and 88 extended stay studios and one-bedroom suites at Hyatt House. On the 12th floor is a rooftop bar called Azotea with views across the Leeds skyline. Handover was Summer 2025, with the scheme was been funded by UK Commercial Property REIT and pre-let to Aimbridge EMEA, formerly known as Interstate under the Hyatt brand.
