New Roadside Development

Helios with JV partners Artium, have completed the purchase of their first roadside site at Brough near Hull. The development will comprise a Starbucks drive through, Domino’s Pizza, Eon EV Charging Station and associated retail units. Work will begin on site immediately and completion is programmed for October next year.

This is the first of several roadside developments planned for the next three years which will form the basis of a new investment vehicle to be set up by Helios and Artium to own and manage them.
