Lisbon Street – Leeds.

Work has started on site at the former International Swimming Pool site in the city centre for a £300m mixed use scheme comprising hotel, BTR and student housing and offices. The student housing scheme comprises 548 beds over 24 storeys and is now completed and operating. Construction of the Hotel is due to start onsite in February 2026.
