Land sale to Duchy Homes at Wynyard Park

Helios have sold another 9 acres of land at our Wynyard Park scheme to Duchy Homes for the development of 97 houses. This is the second sale to Duchy who built and sold 67 houses in 2024. The total number of houses built at Wynyard Park now stands at 1220, with scope for 1200 more.

Further development at Wynyard is planned including a new Retail Centre with which is about to open, a Padel Club facility and a new primary school to be built next year.

Wynyard Park was designated a Garden Village, achieving the status in 2020. It is a Government recognised status that refers to a new settlements that are thoughtfully designed and well landscaped, with focus around community and sustainability to create diverse and vibrant places to live.
