Hyatt Hotel Hand Over

Helios and Marrico have begun handing over the 305 bed Hyatt Hotel in Leeds to Aimbridge, who will manage the operation under the Hyatt brand. The hotel is due to open to the public in April and will feature both short and longer stay rooms as well as a roof top bar. 

Helios also recently agreed terms with hotel operator Room2, for another hotel in the City with work due to commence in July of this year.
