Helios sign deal with The Padel Club for new facility at Wynyard Park

Helios have agreed terms with The Padel Club for a new facility at their Wynyard Park scheme in the North East. The new development will comprise 5 Padel Courts and a Club House as part of the expansion of Wynyard Park.

Residents have been keen to see new facilities added to the wider site and The Padel Club deal has been signed as work also commences on a new retail centre on the site opposite, featuring a Co-op food store as anchor tenant. These new facilities form part of our Garden Village concept and follow the successful planning application for a further 1,200 homes across Wynyard Park.
