Work on-site has now begun on the new Sovereign Square hotel development in joint venture with Marrico, and was marked by a ground breaking ceremony hosted by the contractors GMI.
The last remaining plot of land in the prestigious city centre square will be home to a 12-storey 305 bed hotel operated by Interstate Group under the Hyatt brand.
