Mercury Logistics Park.<\/h2>\n

Der Mercury Logistics Park Bukarest ist das erste Logistikprojekt von Helios in Rum\u00e4nien und eines der ersten wirklich modernen Projekte in diesem Markt. Der Standort befindet sich 20 km westlich des Stadtzentrums von Bukarest an der Autobahn A1, dem wichtigsten paneurop\u00e4ischen Korridor, der Ost und West miteinander verbindet, und 7 km von der neuen Umgehungsstra\u00dfe von Bukarest entfernt, was ihn zu einem \u00e4u\u00dferst strategischen Standort macht. Die Einheiten verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine moderne Ausstattung mit mindestens 11 m hohen B\u00f6den, einer Bodenbelastung von 50 kg\/m2, Verladetoren mit \u00dcberladebr\u00fccken, B\u00fcrofl\u00e4chen der Klasse A, Sprinkler- und Brandschutzsystemen und einer 24-Stunden-Sicherheitspforte. Mercury Logistics Park.<\/h2>\n Mercury Logistics Park Bucharest is the first of Helios\u2019 logistics developments in Romania and one of the first truly modern schemes in this market. The site is located 20km west of Bucharest City Centre on the A1 highway, the main pan European corridor linking east to west and 7km form the new Bucharest ring road making it a highly strategic location. The units benefit from modern specification including minimum 11 m eves, 50Kn\/m2 floor loading, dock leveling loading doors, grade A office accommodation, sprinkler and fire protection systems and 24 hr security gatehouse.
