Helios und sein Joint-Venture-Partner Marrico haben das letzte verbleibende Grundst\u00fcck am Sovereign Square f\u00fcr ein neues Hyatt-Hotel mit 305 Betten erschlossen. Davon sind 217 Hyatt Place und 88 Studios und Ein-Zimmer-Suiten mit verl\u00e4ngertem Aufenthalt im Hyatt House. Im 12. Stock befindet sich eine Dachbar namens Azotea mit Blick auf die Skyline von Leeds. Die \u00dcbergabe erfolgte im Sommer 2025. Das Projekt wurde von UK Commercial Property REIT finanziert und an Aimbridge EMEA, fr\u00fcher bekannt als Interstate unter der Marke Hyatt, vorvermietet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
