Helios developed Sunderland’s first multiplex cinema complex as part of the wider regeneration of the City Centre.

The cornerstone of this £30m flagship development is a cinema operated Cine UK. Phase 2 added a casino, bowling alley and 60 new apartments as well as a new 650 space multi storey car park.
