Discovery Park goes from strength to strength

Discovery Park has been sold to a new consortium who are looking to build on the success created by Trevor Cartner, Chris Musgrave and Palmer Capital who bought the former Pfizer HQ four years ago. Some 2500 people are employed at Discovery Park making it one of the UK’s leading Science Parks. The shareholders have retained development land with planning permission for 500 new homes.
